This Mediterranean, Spanish-Style home is rich in architectural flair with a stucco exterior, arched windows and multiple turrets. The scale home model shows the basketball court and the swimming pool with bridge in the back yard.

The 3D printed architectural model of this home shows the fine details in the crown molding on the soffit and the trim around the many large windows in the home. The full-color model printed on the ProJet 660Pro accentuates the bright colors expected in a Spanish-Style home. Because of the design of the home and many rounded surfaces, it would have been difficult to create an architectural scale model using traditional methods. However, with 3D printing, curved walls are created just as easily as flat surfaces.

The 3D-printed architectural model provides a perspective of the home that is impossible to achieve with blueprints or 2D drawings. The model home also allows you to take advantage of natural elements, like sun, wind, and shade when positioning the home on the building lot.
